JORDAN BOATS has achieved outstanding quality in two 11.8 mt special forces craft.

Preferred Builder, Jordan Boats is now completing the aluminum 11.8 mt high speed boats for the Royal Jordanian Navy, these diesel powered jet boats will strengthen the Navy's patrol and attack capabilities.

The experience of the team at Jordan Boats has made the construction of the pre cut aluminium kit run very smoothly and owner Numan Khalaf could not be more pleased with the results and the positive comments they received at the recent SOFEX exhibition where one of the boats was a star attraction.

Several inspection visits have been made by Patriot Marine to Jordan and each time we have been more impressed at the capability of this team who are based in Amman which is a long way from the water and seems to pose no challenge to the Jordanian builder.

The accuracy of the pre cut construction package allows the builders to focus on the task of assembly and finishing, seen as a major positive factor in the decision by Jordan Boats to contract with Patriot.

The trademark Polycore fender system has been used on these vessels allowing for a tough and resiliant fender system which has the added benefit for the vessel operator of a simplified in-field replacement should a fender become unserviceable.

The smooth ride at high speed will be enhanced on these vessels with the introduction of the new strake design which compensates for the increase in weight of the diesel engines.
